Tanks are generally manufactured and dispatched within the time specified for the product. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability.

For items listed as "In Stock", the dispatch time is 5-7 business days. Further transit time depends on the distance of the delivery location:

• 4-5 days in areas where standard service is available, including metros, tier I and tier II cities.
• 1-2 weeks for other areas, depending on the location.

• In Stock: the item is available and is dispatched within 5-7 business days.
• Out of Stock: the item is currently not available for sale.
• Permanently Discontinued: the product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

There are zero hidden charges when you buy from Neropure. Your quotation lists the tank price along with any applicable taxes and delivery, installation or customisation charges, so the amount you confirm is exactly what you pay.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability and the distance between our facility and your delivery location.

There are instances when we cannot ship to some locations. This could be a consequence of general regulations or serviceability issues. Contact our sales team to check whether we can deliver to your area.

As of now, Neropure doesn't deliver items internationally.
