Our returns, refunds and warranty policy for Neropure water tanks.

Our wealth of engineering experience, combined with modern management systems, produces high-quality SS water storage tanks backed by a company that has stood the test of time. Neropure uses the best quality steel to manufacture tanks with a life span of around 20 years with potable home supply water (TDS < 200 ppm).

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of an approved return.

Damaged or Defective Tanks

Please inspect your tank immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, report it to our service team within 7 days of delivery, along with your order details and photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return

  1. Call our service team on +91-73302 00009 or email sales@neropure.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details, the reason for the return and photos of the tank.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
  4. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 14 days.

Warranty

  • Stainless steel tanks carry a 20-year structural warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence or normal wear.
  • Professional installation is required to maintain warranty validity.
